SERVICE DESCRIPTION
INITIAL CONSULTATION
  • Complimentary 20 minute session to provide nutritional guidance for attainment of your nutrition and fitness goals
  • Discover which programs may assist you in reaching your optimal health & peak fitness
NUTRITION COUNSELING 101
  • Initial nutrition assessment to determine food habits, current status and energy demands An informational packet will be emailed or mailed (depending on your preference) including nutrition literature / handouts
  • Brief phone consultation to determine needs, preferences, and goals
  • The customer will complete a three day food diary & will receive a computer generated diet analysis
  • Nutrition guidance (via email or phone) based on diet analysis and your specific goals
  • After completing Nutrition Counseling 101, receive a discount on additional nutrition counseling services: Performance Fueling, Maximum Performance, or Race Day Nutrition Strategy
PERFORMANCE FUELING
  • Still have questions after completing Nutrition Counseling 101? Need someone to help keep you on track for a few more weeks? This is the perfect option for you!
  • Additional assessment of nutritional demands and concerns
  • Completion of additional food logs for computer generated diet analysis
  • Grocery list ideas
  • Email communication one time per week for the length of Performance Fueling
  • Specific plans for pre-, during, and post workout
  • Guidance for race day nutrition plan
MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
  • This plan includes essentials of Nutrition Counseling 101, but over an extended period of time
  • Unlimited access via email with a 24-hour response time to your questions, concerns and other needs
